How to create a positive dialogue
Good design always requires the ability to share someone else’s feelings and experiences, and this is even more true when it comes to co-design in the healthcare field. This tool wants to be a guide to learn the Empathizer attitude:

The booklet is a guide that will enable you to connect with people by building the most equitable, inclusive and positive dialogue to explore and share experiences, needs and opportunities. It is a step-by-step checklist to prepare the interview with a range of simple questions that will help people to feel at ease in sharing their feelings and experiences, including:
- interests
- needs
- aesthetic preferences
- tips about body language and behaviours
